We accept returns or exchange items within time frame 14 days after receiving package if it is our quality problem.
We don't provide return shipping labels, customers should pay by themselves the return postage fees.
Every return is required to be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA must be applied within 3 business days upon receiving your package. To request an RMA, please Contact Support.

 
The returned package must includes:
* Your / Company Information
* A copy of sales receipt
* The RMA number

Items Out Of Stock
We update the website frequently to provide the most recent information on new items, new design, inventory and stocks. On occasionally when buyer placed order cannot be filled within a reasonable period of time (usually within 1-3 days), we will email to buyer to propose others color, design or we offer full refund back the paid money for the out-of-stock items. We will not be liable to buyer for any damages or claim beyond the amount of money that buyer had actually paid to us.

Cancel Order
If the event buyer wish to cancel your order, must be don’t within 24hrs after place the order and make payment. But if your order had been shipped out, we cannot cancel it.
